Kelley
Kelley has been at South Bay Dentistry since 2016 and has over twenty years of experience in dental hygiene. She graduated from high school with aspirations to be a dental hygienist, a dream she has had since she was twelve years old. Kelley is one of the most passionate hygienists you will ever meet. Her love of dental hygiene fuels her desire to provide the best care for her patients while building personal relationships with them throughout the years
She stays very busy with her husband and three boys. When she is not working, she is usually traveling all over the state and sometimes the country hanging out at ballparks, watching her sons play baseball.
Darla
Darla joined our practice in September of 2021. She started her dental career assisting in both general dentistry and orthodontics. In the last few years, Darla haas moved into the front desk position managing insurance and patient relations. Born and raised in Maryland, she moved to Tampa Bay Area for her husband of 33 years job. Darla has 2 daughters that have recently moved to Jacksonville. She enjoys spending her free time relaxing at our pool and enjoying the beautiful gulf beaches
Anita
Anita joined our office in 2010. She has been in dentistry for almost 40 years. She found her calling early on in life. Her high school counselor recommended dental assisting and she felt, right away, that this would be the perfect career.
She has a wonderful family including her husband of 30 plus years, 2 grown sons, 2 beautiful daughters-in-law and 4 grandkids. Her most favorite thing to do is babysitting the grandkids. Together they cook, bake, make up games and construct all kinds of crafts.
Anita is an avid runner and enjoys competing in 5ks. She loves to cook and bake and is having fun finding and sewing patterns for costumes, dresses and shirts for the grandkids.
Barbie
Barbie has been working in the dental field for over 30 years. She started her career as a dental assistant before graduating high school and moved her way up to become a licensed dental hygienist. She joined our team in 2020 after nearly 30 years at a sports dentistry practice in Miami, working with colleges and professional sports teams. Barbie has been happily married to Tony for 30 years and has two beautiful daughters Amanda and Nicole. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, baking, and trying new restaurants.
Mike
Mike has been a dental assistant for almost 15 years and has been at South Bay Dentistry since 2018. In that time he has come to enjoy building great relationships with patients while being able to help them to make their dental experience as comfortable as possible.
He gets great satisfaction from seeing patients as they progress through their treatment and being able to be a part of their journey to achieving a beautiful and healthy smile
As Florida natives, He and his wife enjoy all the great outdoor activities from biking, paddling and camping that Tampa Bay area has to offer.
Terry
Terry joined our office in July 2021 with 37 years of clinical and front office experience. She is a local Florida native raised on a farm. She has 3 grown children. Terry enjoys outdoor activities, crafts and true crime TV.
