Dr. Denise McCaskill, is a passionate and dedicated dentist with nearly 20 years of experience delivering comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. Committed to providing the highest quality of care, she is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and skills through continuing education. She attends hundreds of hours of continuing education yearly, often flying across the country to learn from some of the greatest minds in dentistry. With a mind that is always eager to grow and learn she has found joy in adopting and embracing technology in her dental practice. She uses only the most advanced equipment and techniques to benefit her patients and achieve optimal results.
Dr. McCaskill was born and raised in the Florida Keys. Her parents were cattle farmers in Ontario, Canada and immigrated to the states in search of warm weather and a better life. They went as far south as their car would take them and started their life in Key West and the lower keys. Dr. McCaskill believes that her relaxed, low stress demeanor was forged in the calm waters and mangrove forests of her youth.
She attended USF where she graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in Biology. She was fortunate enough to gain acceptance to one of the best dental schools in the country and graduated in the top 10% of her dental school class at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Despite wearing many hats, Dr. McCaskill’s favorite job is being a mom. She has a wonderful husband and two amazing kids. When she’s not in the office, she can be found exploring new destinations with her family, losing herself in a good book, or whipping up a delicious meal for friends and family.
With a warm and caring personality, she loves getting to know her patients and help them to achieve their best possible oral health. Dr. McCaskill’s combination of experience, expertise, and genuine care for her patients makes her a highly sought-after practitioner in the Tampa Bay area.
